Is it easy to use?
Yes! If you can use PowerPoint or Excel then you can use Conducttr!
It’s very simple to get started and flexible enough to fit around the way you like to run exercises.
Just like all MS Office products, there’s a lot of features you might only use as a “pro” user. Consequently we have a Lite/Pro mode switch in the scenario editor for new starters to hide anything that’s not a minimum configuration.

Can I run my exercises remotely?
Yes! You can run your exercises with everyone in the same room, in different locations or in a hybrid environment.
Time
How long does it take to build an exercise?
It takes 5 mins to load a library exercise; 1/2 to 1 day to build a 1 hour exercise; including client review, testing & sign-off.

How many off the shelf scenarios do you have?

Our Ventura content database has libraries of personas, styles, content and scenarios - all adaptable to your needs. For example, we have around 140 breaking news videos recorded with a live actor that can be freely used and customised for your exercise.

With your subscription comes a free hour of training for every designer.

What support do you provide?

We offer a range of training courses and a design & implementation services to help translate your knowledge or an existing exercise into an interactive experience.
You can also raise a support ticket at any time and we’ll respond within 24hrs. If you raise the ticket during 6am-5pm London then 99% of the time you’ll get a response within the hour. Our two primary support languages are English and Spanish.

Is it possible to try the software before buying?
Sure, we might be able to offer you an opportunity to explore Conducttr's features through a special arrangement, which could include a trial - please get in touch!
Can I run multiple exercises at the same time?
You can build as many exercises as you wish - and swap them in and out to run as you wish - but you’ll need a licence for each concurrently running exercise.
If you need to run multiple exercises at the same time then you’ll need additional licences or Conducttr Worlds.

Do you work with resellers?
If you’re a consultancy, you don’t need to be a reseller - your licence allows you to create and run as many exercises as you want for any number of clients at no extra cost.
If you’re a value-added reseller/systems integrator then we’re open to talk but we don’t do discounts so you need to find the value in your offer to the client.

Do you need an internet connection?
Yes, the only thing exercise participants need is a browser and internet connection.

What security is there?
We have ISO27001 certification from the British Standards Institute and we have Cyber Essentials Plus certification too.

Where is the data stored?
All data is stored in AWS in the USA as permitted by the EU-USA data framework agreement - hence completely compliant with UK and EU GDPR.
